The oldest granddaughter has just completed her Junior year at the University of Louisville and my second granddaugther has completed her sophmore year at the University of Kentucky. My grandson will enter the University of Kentucky in the fall.
My son attended Chesterfield County schools from 1975 until his graduation from Monacan High School and then received two degrees from the University of Virginia. Lee and his family now live in Union, Kentucky.
My late wife, Jackie, taught elementary school for 35+ years. In 1967 Jackie began teaching at Southhampton Elementary School in Chesterfield County. The area was annexed into the City of Richmond and Jackie continued her career at Southhampton until her retirement. We have lived in Chesterfield County since 1967 when I was tranferred here.
